• We don’t work on hourly rates (unless you want us to). We quote your price before we start and, no matter how long it takes us, that’s the price you’ll be charged. The only additions would be due to changes in specifications or in wording (after initial approval).

• We have no minimum account size.
   

We don’t require exclusivity. You are free to use your own printers, media, mailing services, website designers, etc., and we can even work directly with your suppliers if you wish.
